robertsabella.com policies are payment in advance for services with no exceptions for new clients. Cancellations must be made no less than 48 hours prior to the consultation session for full credit or refund. Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to scheduled times result in forfeiture of your payment except in extraordinary cases, determined on a case by case basis.
With certain established clients, Robert is willing to make special payment arrangements that go beyond the scope of what has been described above. This needs to be agreed upon before the scheduled consultation and does not imply an ongoing arrangement in any case.
An extra charge will apply to the inclusion of and questions about a person other than the client that requires additional astrological research and preparation.
